Celebrating the company’s 30th anniversary, the Tortuga Rum Cake Company will be showcasing its full line of gourmet Caribbean products and introducing a new candy – Tortuga Chocolate Rum Balls — at the 2014 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco at the Moscone Convention Center on January 19 – 21, Booth # 777. The company will be featuring its popular free standing rum cake shipper displays which now include Holiday and Valentine’s Day versions to promote seasonal sales.

Terrapin Ridge Farms has experienced wild retail success with the launch of their Roasted Pineapple Habanero Dip last TerrapinRidgelogosummer and have turned this spicy and sweet hit into a 14.5 oz. sauce (MSRP $8) perfect for pouring or glazing.
