For gourmands visiting the hotel over the winter holidays, Chef Thierry Marx will reinterpret traditional festive fare with a five-course dinner tasting menu at Camélia from 16 to 30 December, priced EUR 98 including a glass of champagne, and on 24 December, priced EUR 118 including wine pairing.
For New Year’s Eve dinner, Chef Thierry Marx will prepare an exceptional culinary experience at Sur Mesure, where each of the seven courses will be paired with champagne by Head Sommelier, David Biraud. Price: EUR 690. Also, Thierry Marx has created a five-course, New Year’s Eve tasting menu at Camélia, showcasing lobster, foie gras and other seasonal “star products”. Price: EUR 498, including wine pairing.
From 26 November and all through winter, bar 8’s terrace will be transformed into an enchanted forest by famous whisky brand Glenfiddich. With barmen offering exclusive cocktails to be savoured in the covered and heated garden, the Glenfiddich pop-up bar will be the ideal place to enjoy the long winter evenings, including gospel concerts on 19 and 22 December and DJ live set on New Year’s Eve.
