Guests will enjoy a prix-fixe three-course menu at The Garden that includes seasonal starters such as lobster ginger bisque, fig tart and terrine of Hudson Valley foie gras. Entrées feature traditional favorites such as organic turkey, stuffed filet of beef, Long Island duck steak, loup de mer and cauliflower steak. Warm spiced apple cider and cookies will be served in the lobby from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Additionally, local residents may purchase a “Thanksgiving To-Go” Package. The prepared meal includes slow-roast free-range Vermont turkey, natural sage turkey jus, citrus cranberry dressing, lobster ginger bisque, signature chestnut sausage stuffing, whipped citrus-scented sweet potatoes, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and an autumn salad with pomegranate vinaigrette. Each package comes with the choice of a pumpkin, apple or pecan pie, and additional add-ons are optional. The package is USD 425 for parties of 4 to 6 and USD 630 for parties of 7 to 9. Four Seasons Hotel New York Holiday Celebration benefiting Toys for Tots (Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm)toys-for-tots

Four Seasons Hotel New York is helping those in need this holiday season, proudly joining forces with Toys for Tots for the second consecutive year to throw their annual Four Seasons Hotel New York Holiday Gala Benefiting Toys for Tots. Guests are encouraged to join the Hotel’s annual tree-lighting ceremony on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and to donate an unwrapped gift to give to Toys for Tots. The ceremony will be accompanied by a Sugarfina candy bar, champagne, hors d’oeuvres and holiday music and entertainment. Ty Warner (of Beanie Baby fame) will also be contributing to this year’s donation by giving 2,017 toys to the cause. Members of the US Marine Corps will be present that evening to accept donations from guests on behalf of Toys for Tots.

Gingerbread-House Decorating Classes (Saturday, December 3 and 10, 2016 from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon)Gingerbread House

The Garden’s talented pasty team will unveil their seasonal culinary work of art as they display their gingerbread house, beginning on December 3, 2016 for guests and the community to enjoy. The Hotel’s gingerbread house decorating class, taught by Four Seasons New York pastry chefs, invites guests and locals to learn how to make a festive, sugary home. The class includes all the ingredients to construct a beautiful gingerbread house as well as a special souvenir. Classes are USD 150 per child ages 5-12. New Year’s Eve: Roaring ‘20s Soiree (Saturday, December 31, 2016, 9:00 pm – 1:00 am):

Ring in the New Year in style at Four Seasons Hotel New York at the annual soiree in TY Bar. This year’s theme will be the Roaring ‘20s and tickets include a table and bottle of Roederer Cristal champagne, a three-tier stand of assorted canapés, a plate ofnmignardises and petit fours, a Roederer ice-sculpture Champagne bar, a caviar menu available at each table, party favors, a live broadcast of the Times Square ball drop, a LOUIS XIII Cognac toast and confetti drop at midnight, a LOUIS XIII lounge with a step-and-repeat red carpet and photographer, music by a four-piece up-tempo jazz/swing band and a fond farewell LOUIS XIII gift bag.

Cost is USD 2,017 per couple, USD 1,100 per person. There is a cover charge of USD 125 for non-Hotel guests, which includes two complimentary glasses of Roederer Champagne.
