DOSE OF SEASONAL CHEER TO ARRIVE VIA M&M’S® HOLIDAY VILLAGES IN ALL FIVE LOCATIONS

December will be festive at M&M’S WORLD® stores as MARS RETAIL GROUP today unveiled the new M&M’S WORLD HOLIDAY VILLAGE in each of their five M&M’S World locations, as well as online at www.mmsworld.com.
M&M’S WORLD® STORES are located in New York, Orlando, Las Vegas, Henderson (Nev.) and London, each packed with a huge range of exclusive M&M’S® Chocolate Candies and merchandise, including clothing, kitchenware, bedding, jewelry, and glassware, as well as seasonal items and locally-themed M&M’S® branded products.
The M&M’S World Holiday Village features a variety of seasonal-themed merchandise including dispensers, clothing, ornaments and, of course, holiday-themed M&M’S® BRAND CHOCOLATE CANDIES. In addition to festive merchandise and decorations, each store is planning holiday-themed events throughout December.
“M&M’S® have been part of holiday celebrations for more than 70 years,” said GLEN TETREAULT, DIRECTOR OF STORE OPERATIONS, MARS RETAIL GROUP. “So it was only natural that we create a special holiday-themed experience within each of our M&M’S World locations for our guests to enjoy as they get into the holiday spirit.”
M&M’S WORLD is also celebrating the holidays on Facebook (www.facebook.com/mmsworld) through a special app that allows fans to create M&M’S-themed holiday greeting cards. Users can choose among six seasonal border designs featuring the famous M&M’S characters, upload their favorite family photo and then share their card with family and friends via Facebook, Twitter or e-mail. Fans can also download and print their holiday card at home, on-line or via a local retailer.
